Deodorise & Clean
As a guideline, you should deodorise your mattress every 6 months to keep it fresh.
Baking soda is a natural deodoriser and it works by neutralising bad odours such as sweat. Allow it to sit for up to 2 hours, then vacuum your mattress to remove the residue.
Wash your Bedsheets Regularly
Sweat, dead skin, and dust mites build up over time, affecting your sleep and mattress hygiene. Wash your sheets weekly in hot water (if fabric allows) to keep your bed fresh and clean. Don’t forget pillowcases and mattress protectors!

Spot Clean Stains
If you notice any stains, select a cleaner of your choice: white vinegar, washing detergent, washing up liquid and specialist mattress cleaners. Apply it to the area with a damp cloth and gently dap the stain until it lifts. Leave to air-dry before dressing the bed.

Invest in a Mattress Protector
A mattress protector acts as a barrier against spills, sweat, and dust mites, keeping your mattress cleaner for longer. It also helps prevent stains and wear, extending the life of your mattress. For the best protection, choose a breathable, washable option!

Flip & Rotate your Mattress
It is recommended to flip and rotate your mattress at least every 3 months to prevent severe sagging on one side and to get the most out of your mattress.
